The Learning pyramid

Mastery: The highest level in the learning pyramid

There are many taxonomies and frameworks on learning levels but one basically can differentiate between the following four key levels
People on a mastery are not only able to apply knowledge and skills or to handle complex situations: Mastery level also means that you are able to guide others in how to apply methods and tools in an effective and in an efficient manner. Thus mastery is a key pre-requisite for current and future PSM leaders and managers
This level focuses on the application of knowledge on the job i.e. things such as describing the steps in implementing a task, or in identifying how the knowledge may need to be modified for an effective use in daily business
Knowledge can be described as learning, remembering, and accurately repeating factual or descriptive information. Understanding even requests that one is able to fit the elements of knowledge together into a logical framework.
The fundamental level in the “learning pyramid” is to raise people’s awareness. It is about to catch learners' attention and to create a "need to know“ . This can be achieved by clarifying the relevance to the profession and to learners' jobs
