COURSE OUTLINE
The overall purpose of this course is to underline the importance of aligning forecasting and demand planning processes to secure success in the supply chain, as well as improving overall business performance. All course attendees will be equipped with a range of concepts and tools that can be easily applied in the daily business. This includes techniques based on statistical methods as well as processes and procedures such as the S & OP cycle. At the end of this course attendees will have learned the following
